You may use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the information you submit and for any activity that occurs through links, QR codes, forms, or event experiences you access.

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of the services at any time, including preview, pilot, or demo features.

PLAiTE Pass may provide secure links, rewards, event participation, QR joins, game activity, or message-based follow-up. These features are lightweight access and engagement tools, not bank accounts, stored-value accounts, or payment products.

Rewards, points, offers, badges, or event benefits may be changed, paused, substituted, or ended at any time unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

By submitting a phone number and opting in, you agree that PLAiTE Arena or participating PLAiTE experiences may send SMS messages related to secure Pass links, rewards, events, project follow-up, and service notices.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

You may not misuse the services, attempt to disrupt systems, submit unlawful or harmful content, impersonate others, scrape or harvest data, bypass security controls, or use PLAiTE systems to send unauthorized communications.

Operators, venues, partners, and customers are responsible for obtaining any permissions, rights, or approvals needed for their own events, promotions, guest communications, and content.

The services may connect to third-party tools such as hosting providers, email providers, SMS providers, point-of-sale systems, reservation systems, analytics, or other operational services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems we do not control.

The services are provided as available and as is, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Pilot, preview, demo, and experimental features may be incomplete, change frequently, or become unavailable.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates the latest revision date.

Continued use of the services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
