PLAiTE Pass / SMS program
PLAiTE Pass SMS Terms
Effective October 14, 2026. This optional transactional messaging program is provided by PLAiTE Technologies LLC. The company operates the Pass, collects consent directly and creates the messages. This enrollment does not authorize marketing texts from other businesses.
Your choice
You can create, open and use your Pass, purchase separately offered products and participate in experiences without SMS enrollment. A phone number and SMS consent are not conditions of purchase or use of PLAiTE Pass.
To request texts, first verify your Pass email and select your Pass. Enter your mobile number, actively select the separate SMS checkbox, and submit Add text updates. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Email verification is not SMS consent.
Messages, rates and cancellation
By separately enrolling, you consent to recurring transactional text messages from PLAiTE Technologies LLC about secure Pass links, rewards, event reminders and account or service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can continue using your Pass after stopping texts. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS enrollment does not purchase a ticket, grant event admission, create a paid subscription or authorize a payment.
Privacy and support
Mobile phone numbers and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Service providers process information only to operate this program, subject to the Privacy Policy.
